This file and the aircraft it belongs to are created as freeware, and as such MAY NOT be bundled and sold for profit. Doing so is in violation of international copyright law. Author reserves all rights, claims, and copyrights to this file and all parts within and/or relating to it.
You, the end user, are free to upload this file where you like, but you MUST notify the author in advance. You are free to repaint this aircraft AS LONG AS you provide credit to the author for his original work.

ALL FILES CREATED BY MYSELF, BRANDON A. WILLIAMS, WERE UPLOADED ORIGINALLY TO WWW.SurClaro, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THIS DATE. THEREFORE, NO LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST SurClaro FOR HOSTING MY FILES.
I announce this because recently my files have shown up on a number of sites that specifically state that they take action against other sites with duplicate copies of their files. Please know that ALL of my files were originally uploaded to SurClaro. If my files are seen on other sites, then they are merely copies, uploaded by a 3rd party to a different site, not by myself. This applies to ALL flight simulation sites or otherwise, inluding , FSFREEWARE.COM, and sometimes SurClaro.com.
EXCEPTION GRANTED TO SurClaro.com:
I MAY upload an original file of mine to SurClaro.com, but not before an original has been placed on SurClaro. Files may appear on AVSIM at the same time that they appear on FLIGHTSIM. No action may be taken against AVSIM as either! :)
LEGAL CLAIMS:
Absolutely no author has right to claim my original work as his/her/their own. No site has legal right to make claim on my files against another site. If you find one of my files has been claimed by another author, sold for profit, uploaded to a pay for access site, or any other illegal action described in this legal document, please contact me at once.
KEEP IN MIND:
Any author can use my files in their own work! You can also include my aircraft in a package, or bundle of other aircraft. But, you have to follow the rules stated above. You can upload my original file where you like, but be sure to provide credit to the original author, Brandon Williams.
If you download one of my planes, feel free to repaint it! But, when you do, be sure to provide yourself some credit for your work! So many times, someone has repainted one of my planes, but forgotten to give themselves credit for it! I've come across lots of repaints on several sites that say "everything by Brandon Williams" in the file description, but there's nothing about the author who did the repaint. You deserve the credit for your work, so don't forget to let people know who you are! :D :D
FINAL WORD:
Although this legal document is stern in its wording, keep in mind that I don't bite, really you can use my planes as you like, but you must follow the guidelines in this document. As a developer, I feel that I should at least try to protect you, the end user, from being cheated. Some sites will charge money for my files and that simply is not right. All of my work is created as freeware, for the enjoyment of everyone in the flightsim community. That's what this document is for, to declare unlawful the acts of internet pirates, for your own protection as the end user. I hope that I succeeded in my goal.
Feel free to contact me, my email is included in the readme of this file. IF you open the readme and find an author's name other than Brandon Williams, then you've probably downloaded a repaint of one of my aircraft. In that case, contact the author of the repaint for questions.
